Terms of use

Independent Integrators is a brand of Independent Executives Pty Ltd (ACN 651 569 292), an Australian incorporated company. References to “we”, “us” and “our” on this site mean Independent Executives Pty Ltd. By using independentintegrators.com you accept these terms as they apply from time to time.

1. What this site is

This site publishes a directory of Integrators and lets you ask us to introduce you to them. It is an introduction service. We are not a recruitment agency, an employment agency, or a labour hire provider, and we do not supply the services an Integrator performs.

Information published here about EOS® and business operations is introductory only and is not advice. It does not take account of your circumstances and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional advice.

2. Integrators are independent operators

Every Integrator listed is an independent operator. They are not employees, agents, partners or representatives of Independent Executives Pty Ltd.

We make introductions. We do not supervise, direct, manage or control the work an Integrator does, we do not set their fees or terms, and we are not a party to any agreement you reach with them. Any engagement, contract, fee arrangement, confidentiality obligation or dispute is between you and the Integrator directly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Independent Executives Pty Ltd takes no responsibility and gives no warranty for the quality, timeliness, suitability, legality or outcome of any work performed by an Integrator, or for any act or omission of an Integrator.

3. What our checks do and do not establish

Applications to be listed are screened against stated requirements, including a minimum number of years in the Integrator seat, EOS® experience, and a written account of where the applicant has held that seat.

Those checks confirm that information has been provided and meets our thresholds. They do not verify that it is true. We do not conduct background, criminal, credit, qualification, right-to-work or reference checks unless we say otherwise in writing for a particular engagement.

Being listed is not an endorsement, certification or recommendation by us. You are responsible for your own due diligence before engaging anyone, including checking references, insurance, qualifications and right to work.

4. If you request an introduction

When you send an introduction request, you agree that we may pass the details you provide, including your name, contact details, company, and what you tell us about your situation, to the Integrators you shortlist so that they can contact you directly. How we handle that information is set out in our privacy and data policy.

We give no guarantee that an introduction will be made, that a shortlisted Integrator will be available or will respond, or that any engagement will result.

5. If you apply to be listed

By submitting an application you confirm that:

you are applying as an individual Integrator, and not on behalf of a firm, agency, collective or group;
the information you provide is true, accurate and not misleading;
you have the right to provide it, including the right to use any photograph you upload;
you consent to us publishing the fields identified as public in our privacy and data policy; and
you will keep your listing accurate and tell us when it changes.

This directory lists individual, independent Integrators only. We may remove any listing we reasonably believe represents a firm, agency or collective rather than an individual.

We may edit a listing for length, clarity or house style, decline an application, and publish, unpublish or remove a listing at our discretion at any time. We do not guarantee that being listed will produce enquiries or work. You may ask us to remove your listing at any time and we will do so.

Listing does not create an employment, agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between you and Independent Executives Pty Ltd, and does not entitle you to hold yourself out as our employee, agent or representative.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

use the directory or any contact details obtained through it to send unsolicited commercial messages;
collect, scrape, copy or republish the directory or the personal information of anyone listed in it, whether manually or by automated means;
submit an application on behalf of someone else without their authority;
include web addresses, contact details, discounts, offers or other promotional material in a listing, or use a listing to advertise a firm or another service;
submit false, misleading or fraudulent information; or
interfere with the operation or security of the site.

7. Security of information you send

Transmission over the internet is not completely secure or error free. Email to or from us and information submitted through this site may not be secure, and you should use discretion in deciding what to send. Email may undergo filtering and virus scanning, including by third party contractors, and we do not warrant that this will remove viruses or other harmful code.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to any person for any direct, indirect, consequential or other loss or damage (however caused, including through negligence) arising out of or in connection with the use of this site, reliance on information on it, or any introduction made through it.

We give no warranty as to the currency, completeness or accuracy of information on this site, including information supplied to us by Integrators and published in their profiles.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a term is implied and cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability for breach is limited, to the maximum extent permitted, to supplying the relevant service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

9. Copyright and trade marks

This site is protected by copyright owned by or licensed to Independent Executives Pty Ltd. You may view and print content for your own personal or internal business purposes. You must not publish, adapt, communicate to the public, distribute, amend or otherwise copy any part of it without our prior written consent.

Photographs and profile text supplied by an Integrator remain theirs; they grant us a licence to publish that material in the directory while they are listed.

10. Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, including the Integrator Academy, which is hosted by a third party. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, currency or availability of any linked site, and a link is not an endorsement. You may link to this site provided you do so accurately and not misleadingly.

11. Changes

We may change these terms and the content of this site at our discretion. By continuing to use the site you accept the terms as they apply from time to time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Victorian courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this site or these terms.
